1. Scope

This policy describes how BTEK Components MFG LLC collects, uses and protects personal information through btekmfg.com and our quoting, design and supplier-registration services.

2. Information we collect

Contact details (name, company, email, phone, address); RFQ contents, BOMs, specifications and attachments; supplier and manufacturing-partner capability data; and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited (via cookies, see the Cookie Policy).

3. How we use it

To prepare quotations and design packages; to source parts and request manufacturing quotes from partners; to match supplier capabilities to RFQs; to comply with export-control and restricted-party screening; to operate and secure the Site; and, with your consent, for analytics.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum information needed with (a) manufacturing and sourcing partners to obtain quotes and fulfil orders, (b) service providers that host the Site and our systems, including the PartSnatcher OS platform operated by PartSnatcher IP LLC, (c) carriers and payment processors, and (d) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. AI processing

RFQs, BOMs and specifications may be processed with AI tools to assist design and sourcing. We do not use customer-submitted design data to train public AI models.

6. Retention

Quotation and order records are kept for 7 years for tax, quality-traceability and export-compliance purposes. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer and supplier data is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission is fully secure; report concerns to info@btekmfg.com.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing info@btekmfg.com. Residents of the EU/UK, California and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable law.

9. International transfers

Because our manufacturing network includes overseas partners, data needed for quoting may be transferred outside your country, subject to export-control review.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business users and not directed to individuals under 18.
